Since most ads I respond to are moving in by November 2015, I figured I have to look for roommates that will move-in by December 2015. I'm planning to rent a condo in BGC near my office (we'll move in Jan 2016 to BGC). Details below.
Where: McKinley Park, Forbeswood Heights, Forbeswood Parklane, South of Market (SoMa), or Trion Towers (all less than 10-minute walk to BGC Strip)
Move-In date: Dec 15, 2015 to Dec 30, 2015
Number of roommates: 2-3 females to split the cost. Professionals only.
Approx rate/pax: 5-7k (depends if we're 3 or 4)
Type of unit: Studio or 1BR, semi- to fully-furnished.
(I will choose the most economical, I guarantee that)
Posting the usual requirements for rental:
1-year contract (might be 6 months, but rare, depends on owner)
2 months deposit
1-2 months advance (depends on owner)

Split utilities, rent, and condo dues
Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (for me, since I'm be the primary renter)
