Madam VP Leni Robredo should be prep-up by Congress to takeover the presidency from Duterte and create her own shadow cabinet members and chart foreign policy and economic papers for the country. This is very important matter the nation must face now as Duterte is becoming more and more unsteady mentally and physically. Dutertes' penchant for hogwash statements in his press briefing indicates an unsound mind and borderline PTSD that may place the country in shambles with its allies and neighbors including China, ASEAN, USA, Aus and Japan. His blurring speeches maybe a sign that he is about to suffer stroke or have suffered a mild stroke and may impede his ability to govern the nation of 101millions souls of which 16.6m simpletons voted for him. His snub of Congress proclamation is a sign that he is about to destroy the democratic institution that brought him to power and turn this country into Idi Amin or Mobutu Sese Seko dictatorship.
