Badly needs help in fixing my birth certificate issues at Manila municipal hall and have it registered at NSO. Been trying to fix it for a very long time already, but Manila municipal keeps on asking me senseless requirements that is not even related with the concern. I do have a certified true copy of my birth cert from Hospital ng Maynila, thats why asking me all sorts of other requirements does not make sense. Anyone's help or advise would be deeply appreciated.
