sorry, i don't understand why the title of the thread needs to be edited "for neutrality".
the thread was titled precisely to talk about the CORRUPTION CHARGES that were ti be lodged on Binay. the thread's intent was to talk about whether PLUNDER cases will be made against Binay before 2016.
the THREAD WAS NOT MEANT TO TALK ABOUT binay's presidential campaign. while it concerns the same person, the corruption charges/plunder cases are very separate issues than the presidential campaign of Binay. they are DISTINCT, SEPARATE and different.
this thread is NOT about the presidential campaign of Binay, it is about the corruption / plunder charges.
combining those two tropics into one effectively kills the other. having the two topics into one thread will make it very difficult to follow the respective topics which are separate unique and different.
please revert back this thread to what it was. thank you.

the "implosion" thread is also a distinct, unique and separate topic versus the corruption/plunder thread and the presidential campaign of Binay. those are three (3) separate, distinct and unique topics.
the "implosion" thread talks about the errors and blunders that Binay is committing in relation to his presidential run. it is a commentary on the binay campaign and his blunders.
that is a very different topic from the presidential campaign and per your title which (i think) is essentially the campaign platform of Binay.

the title is a major change. it DEFINES the topic of the contents. the title is the BASIS that users use to decide whether they want to post or read it. it is in fact the CHANGE IN TITLE that i am calling your attention on.

If I remember correctly, before I edited the title, Binay is referred to as the standard bearer of UNA. So while you are discussing corruption charges, it still falls under Binay's campaign because his presidential campaign was brought up to discussion along with the allegations of corruption.
CORRUPTION CHARGES ARE TAKEN UP IN THE PHILIPPINE COURTS, the sandiganbayan specifically and the ombudsman. if Binay is found guilty he goes to jail.

no. that is to the intent. and that is NEVER the intent of anyone here. the intent is to HAVE A DISCUSSION ON TOPICS. you changing the title is changing the topics. you merging 3 separate topics into 1 effectively kills 2 topics in favor of 1.

you are being called your attention not because you as moderator did something, you attention is being called for what i believe is the wrong thing to do. i have explained that in my previous posts.
And yes, even Binay deserves an equal treatment with the rest of the potential candidates, even though most of the PEXers hate him with a passion. (The subtitle is based on his Facebook video, so yeah, I didn't make that up.)
if that is what you want, then START A THREAD with the title you want. i do not think it is right that all because you want to achieve that, you incorrectly merge and alter the titles of threads that have been existing for many months already.
you can start a thread with whatever title you like.
