PAID PARKING - MAKATI (Bangkal, Washington, Dian, San Isidro, etc...)

We are all aware that parking lot is a pain especially if you/we are renting a place here in Makati. Me, myself is having a pain now on where to park mine as the landlord is asking me to pay additional P3.5k as a parking fee.

Any idea for alternative that is cheaper like, paid parking or willing to share their parking lots and get paid monthly?
