Responsibilities
- Liaises with the sales team during the pre-sales process.
- Undertakes presentations on software products and services and how they interact with third party technologies.
- Acts as lead person for the project management of all pre-sales technical activities and in situations requiring client contact.
- Provides technical support to customers, partners and resellers at the pre-sales phase.
- Responds to clients inquiries and requests and provides responsive solutions during the pre-sales phase.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in marketing of information technology products (software)
- Must be willing to work in San Juan
