Responsibilities:
- Supervise, Monitor the HR Operation, specifically Recruitment, Compensation and Admin
- Facilitate the recruitment activity of the company
- Reviews and recommends salary offer package for new hires
- Assist in the creation and implementation of Company Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit Structure and Performance Management
- Handles HR Issues and Retention/Motivational Issues
Requirements:
- BS Psychology/Behavioral Science/Human Resource Management graduate, preferably with a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource Management
- Direct experience with Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and other HR areas
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
