May nakasubok na ba sa inyo na kumuha ng Special Travel Exit Clearance?
To cut the story short, na offload ako last December 2015 sa NAIA T3 kasi need ko daw kumuha ng OEC para makaalis since may IPA na ako, so considered daw na OFW na ako. I will go to SG sana for my medical exam and ma-process na iyong work card ko. 1 week lang sana ako, with hotel reservation and RT ticket. But unfortunately, na-offload ako - saklap!
Fast-foward to today, my employer has changed my status. So instead of me being physically located in Singapore, they have employed me as home-based nalang and will just do periodic visits sa Singapore.
My concern is, since may record ako of being offloaded, there's a big chance of me being offloaded again should I leave the country kahit for vacaction lang since it will appear on their database na hindi pa resolved iyong previous case ko. I have consulted this from someone I know na dating nagwowork sa Immigration and have advised me na magsecure ng 'Special Travel Exit Clearance' to which wala akong idea kung paano kukunin sa POEA. I have an upcoming trip sana to Hong Kong this coming week for a 4-day vacation kaso it I know Immigration will stop me again.
So, would like to seek advise kung meron kayong idea tungkol dito?
