Japanese-speaking Jobs

Hi, everyone. I'm about to study Japanese in Japan in a few months. However, I'm torn if I should continue it or just stay with my current company, mostly because of the benefits.

I'm torn because if I continue with my study, most likely I'll come back to the Philippines after I graduate. But I'm not sure if there are high paying Japanese-speaking jobs waiting for me after I come back.

Care to share if you know someone who has a Japanese-speaking job and how he/she is currently faring?
