Non posting of Credit Card Payment
May I seek assistance on what should I do on this problem?
On September 15, 2015. I paid my Citibank Credit Card whose maximum due is P3,445.23 at an LBC Branch. I having been religiously paying the maximum amount due before my due date since I first got the Card in order for by bills not to gain interest & late charges. However last October 01, 2015, I received a letter from Citibank indicating that this payment was not received by Citibank. I went back to the said LBC branch, the people of the said branch indicated that LBC had stop receiving payments for Citibank but during that time their system still accepted the payment and I have paid my Citibank Credit Card on the said branch several times before without incident. Now the personnel of the said branch advise me to write a letter requesting for a refund of the September 15, 2015, which now ballooned to P4,139.29 this now includes the monthly interest and late charges aside from the original amount. I also requested the card to be suspended. After several weeks waiting still LBC has not refunded the amount including the interest charges. Last November 2, 2015 I now received a new letter from Citibank requesting me to immediately pay the total amount due which has now ballooned again to P4,798.49, because of new monthly interest and late charges. I have been following the status of my request for refund from the said LBC Branch but up to this time LBC has not issued a refund.
I am not a person who wants to get angry. But I do not want to pay for something that I have already paid in the first place. But I now feel I am being made stupid by LBC and its personnel on the said branch.
I humbly implore and seek advice or opinion on the next course of action I should take against LBC. Should I know seek assistance of a lawyer and file a court case? Is there a consumer advocate organization or government institution that could help me in getting this issue resolved.

Condo living for a Start-up Family
Hi! For those newly-weds and start-up families who opted to live in a condo, please share your experience and feedback. My fiance and I are starting our downpayment for a pre-selling mid-rise 2BR unit as we could not afford a 3BR at this time. However, I am worried that a 2BR unit will not be enough if we will have our children already (we plan to have at least 3 kids). Please share your insights and/or suggestions about this. Happy Lang! Pagdating sa pamilya, walang dapat naiiwan. Kahit simple lang ang buhay, basta sama-sama ang buong pamilya, happy lang!
Ang pamilyang Batongbuhay, San Pedro, at Vallejo ang bumubuo sa pinakamasaya na family drama series sa primetime na tiyak na kapupulutan natin ng aral, ang Little Nanay.
Handog ng Entertainment TV drama group ng GMA Network ang kuwento ng Little Nanay na magbibigay kulay at saya sa bawat gabi ng manonood simula Nobyembre 16 sa GMA Telebabad.
Ang mga Batongbuhay ay sina Lolay Annie (Nora Aunor), isang cool at astig na lola na hanggang ngayon ay nagbabanda pa! Asawa ni si Loloy Berto (Bembol Roco), isang retiradong Major na ngayoy House Lolo na. Ang magkapatid na sina Peter Parker (Mark Herras) na masinop sa pera at si Bruce Wayne (Juancho Triviño) na mahilig mag artista. Bunsong kapatid nila si Tinay (Kris Bernal).
Kapitbahay ng pamilya Batongbuhay ang pamilya San Pedro.
May isang anak si Edgar San Pedro (Keempee de Leon) at asawa nitong si Vivian (Gladys Reyes), si Archie (Hiro Peralta). Kaedad din ni Tinay si Archie na kabarkada rin nina Peter Parker at Bruce Wayne. Dahil magkababata, magiging close sina Archie at Tinay. Magiging tagapagtanggol pa ni Tinay si Archie sa mga nang-aapi dahil sa kanyang kundisyon.
Hanggang sa pagdadalagay best friend pa rin ang turing ni Tinay kay Archie, parang kuya na rin niya ito dahil isip bata si Tinay. Hanggang may mangyayari kina Archie at Tinay. Gusto ni Lolay Annie na ipakulong si Archie sa ginawa niya kay Tinay pero makukumbinsi sila ni Berto na ang pinakamabuting solusyon ay ang ipakasal sina Archie at Tinay. Pagkatapos ng kasal ay itatakas ni Vivian si Archie papunta sa Amerika kung saan nila makikilala si Beatrice (Winwyn Marquez).
Dahil wala nang habol kay Archie, hindi na itutuloy nina Berto at Annie ang pagsampa ng kaso laban dito. Magde-decide ang buong pamilya na di nila pababayaan si Tinay, gagabayaan nila ito sa pagbubuntis hanggang sa pagpapalaki niya ng anak.
Babae ang magiging anak ni Tinay, Chiechie (Chlaui Malayao) ang ipapangalan niya rito. At kabaligtaran ni Tinay, bata pa lang ay kinakitaan na ng talino si Chiechie, mas mature itong mag-isip kesa sa mga kaedad niya. Kaya naman sina Lolay Annie, Loloy Berto, Peter Parker at Bruce Wayne, lahat silay tuturuan si Tinay kung paano maging nanay kay Chiechie.
Sa kabilang banda, hinahanap din pala si Tinay ng kanyang lolo na si Don Miguel (Eddie Garcia). Ngunit ayaw na ni Auntie Helga (Sunshine Dizon) na mahanap pa si Tinay dahil makakahati pa niya ito sa atensyon ng papa niya.
Paano kung magbalik si Archie at agawin niya si Chiechie mula kay Tinay? Paano na sina Tinay at Chiechie? Mabubuo pa ba ang pamilya ng ating Little Nanay o tuluyan itong masisira ng mga taong nakapaligid sa kanya?
Ito ang kuwento nina Tinay at Chiechie at nina Lolay Annie, Loloy Berto, Peter Parker, Bruce Wayne, Archie, Edgar at Vi, Beatrice, Atty Gerald, Stanley, Helga at Don Miguel.
Ito ang kwento ng Little Nanay.
Ang seryeng ito ay binubuo ng mga tinitingala at respetadong artista sa industriya na pinangungunahan ng premyadong aktres na siyang pamantayan sa husay sa pag-arte sa larangan ng Philippine show business, ang nag-iisang Superstar Ms. Nora Aunor; kasama rin sina Mr. Bembol Roco, Mark Herras, Juancho Triviño, Chlaui Malayao, at Kris Bernal. Itinatampok din sina Keempee de Leon, Gladys Reyes, Winwyn Marquez, Hiro Peralta, Rafa Siguion-Reyna, Jinri Park. Hello sirs, may iniwan sakin lola ko na Honda LXI Automatic. Here is the case, bihira siya ginagamit kaya medyo nasira na. although napaayos ko na mga sa steering rack at sa oil seal.
Problem, walang hatak yung sasakyayn minsan naman meron pag inaapakan yung Gas.

Ano pa kaya ang pwede gawin para mag improve,wala talaga torque.

In the winter of 1820, the New England whaling ship Essex was assaulted by something no one could believe: a whale of mammoth size and will, and an almost human sense of vengeance. The real-life maritime disaster would inspire Herman Melvilles Moby-****. But that told only half the story. In the Heart of the Sea reveals the encounters harrowing aftermath, as the ships surviving crew is pushed to their limits and forced to do the unthinkable to stay alive. Braving storms, starvation, panic and despair, the men will call into question their deepest beliefs, from the value of their lives to the morality of their trade, as their captain searches for direction on the open sea and his first mate still seeks to bring the great whale down.
In the Heart of the Sea stars Chris Hemsworth (The Avengers, Rush) as the vessels veteran first mate Owen Chase; Benjamin Walker (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) as its inexperienced Captain, George Pollard; Cillian Murphy (The Dark Knight Rises) as second mate Matthew Joy; and Ben Whishaw (Skyfall) as novelist Herman Melville, whose inquiries into the event 30 years later helped bring the story to light.
Tom Holland (The Impossible) also stars as young seaman Tom Nickerson, and Brendan Gleeson (Edge of Tomorrow) as the same man, 30 years later. Spanish actor Jordi Mollà (Riddick) is the captain of another ship, the Archimedes, who tries to warn the Essex of what may lie ahead.
Howard directed from a screenplay by Charles Leavitt (Blood Diamond), story by Charles Leavitt and Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver (Rise of the Planet of the Apes), based on the book In the Heart of the Sea: The Tragedy of the Whaleship Essex by Nathaniel Philbrick, winner of the 2000 National Book Award for Nonfiction.
The film is produced by Joe Roth (Oz the Great and Powerful), Paula Weinstein (Blood Diamond, This is Where I Leave You), Will Ward, Brian Grazer (J. Edgar) and Ron Howard. I am actually surprised about these trends when I opened my twitter. It is in my FB feed but its more of a twitter trend actually. I expect kasi to see traffic trend, or china vs Us, West Philippine Sea and the likes. Pero here we are, people are looking for Hot Leaders and dignitaries during this year's apec. :hiya: Are pinoys making this event as "pinoy showbiz" as possible. Natatandaan ko rin na we have sort of something like this during papal visit. Showbiz na showbiz, inherent na talaga yata sa culture natin. Are we really that superficial? :bop: Now, I really doubt if most pinoys really bother about pressing issues for this year's apec. Or maybe they dont really know what is APEC all about so they dont care at all.
