Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field
Preferably with Microsoft MCSE certification
With 1 to 2 years work experience in Microsoft Exchange 2003 or 2007 Administration within a sizeable corporate environment
With Lotus Domino R5 Administration experience within a sizeable corporate environment
Ability to develop technical documentation, technical communications and project work plan
Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Satisfactory knowledge of networking concepts and technologies
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to facilitate knowledge transfer within team and outside customer groups
Ability to install and use a variety of software application
Ability to work in a complex server environment
Team player who works well independently and is self-motivated
Can work with a culturally diverse team
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Very good communication skills, personal management and priority management skills
