Job Description:

• Monitor remittance transactions and handle queries from different branches pertaining to remittance transactions.
• Coordination via phone call with different branches abroad and remittance partners in Philippines are sometimes required.

Work shifts are 9am to 6pm and 2pm to 11pm.
Graveyard shift may also be implemented depending on the need.
5 workdays in a week with two rest days.
Office operations is 7 days a week.

Qualifications:
A Graduate of a 4-year course
• Proficient in MS office (excel and outlook
• 21 to 28 y/o
• 6 months -1 year experience is required preferably from banking, pawnshops

• Amenable to work on weekends and shifting schedule
