Sr. Systems Engineer at First Data Corp

Hi folks!

Just want to seek more information about First Data Corp, particularly on the following:

1. Management - is it micro-management?
2. Benefits - are government mandated benefits managed well?
3. Work Culture - if I get to work more than 8 hours for a day, am I expected to get in the office tomorrow moring at 8AM? any comments?
4. Work environment - are co-employees approachable? are "needed-to-get-things-done" well provided?
5. Late and Absences - how many days for VL and SL? is FDC so strict on tardiness?
6. Work-Life Balance - "on-the-dot-8AM-5PM"? any comments?


I heard in terms of technical exposure, FDC offers a great opportunity.
