A Global healthcare Company is in need of a Senior Finance Analyst.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle monthly accounting data, prepare journal entries, review transaction entries, and complete the month-end closing for 2 companies FMCPI.
2. Submit the Monthly Flash and the Quarterly SEM reports.
3. Coordinate the 2014 Audit and prepare the schedules and requirements
4. Prepare monthly schedules and analyses like the bank reconciliation, general ledger balance sheet schedules, review of inventory reconciliation (excluding AR, AP/Intercompany) due by working day 15 of the following month
5. Serve as fixed asset accountant and handle the fixed asset registers and other related functions (depreciation run)
6. Identify SAP gaps and explore ways to improve reporting and/or identify root causes in the processes, if any.
7. Provide other reporting requirements / finance support as usually performed by the Sr Accountant (e.g. assist in the quarterly forecast / annual budget preparation)
8. Prepare control analysis reports like the consumption report reconciled to treatment data, Clinic P&L with detailed analysis, physical inventory reconciliation vs relevant records.
9. Review the reports generated for AP/Intercompany Aging/Clearing Accounts, AR Aging Reports, Reconciliation of treatment numbers, patient numbers and treatment revenues vs underlying Clinic documents and reports
10. Active participation in process improvement projects in the general ledgers and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Must be a CPA Passer
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in accounting or audit preferably gained in multi-national companies
Mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
Good command of both written and spoken English; Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
Must be proficient in SAP
