Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitates interactions with customers in a way that is in accordance with the client’s service delivery strategy.
• Establishes rapport and promotes effective relationships, upholding the client’s commitment to the customer experience through surveys and customer guarantee.
• Responsible for accurately and confidently handling customer inquiries.
• Promotes company products and services and makes recommendations that meet customer needs.
• Relates well to the customer, demonstrates a favorable image of the company through the effective use of soft skills, (Including active listening and problem solving skills) professional communications and internal/external customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree.
• No work experience required.
• 100 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Excellent English language conversation skills
• Problem-solving and analytic skills
• Computer and Web proficient
• Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules.
