SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVES
Has working experience in the selection and application of appropriate market
research techniques and must demonstrate a good understanding
of their strategic and commercial implications
Capable of dealing with corporate clients and is confident to analyze and
present research results to senior management
Natural team player, possess leadership and coordinating skills in implementing
research projects (i.e., working with support groups from other unit of the company)
Has 3-4 years working experience doing or coordinating researchers from another
agency, an ad agency, business or economic think-tanks, or from using market
research at the client-user side
Graduate of Behavioral Science, Statistics, Business Economics, Marketing,
Sociology, Communication Research, with above-average scholastic standing
Adept with data, excellent written and oral communication skills.
RESEARCH EXECUTIVES
At least 1 year excellent working experience in marketing research with adequate
familiarity to project implementation
Possess high levels of attention to details and accuracy, has methodical approach
Accepts instructions from the relevant senior personnel and carries out the tasks set
within the deadlines agreed
Is expected to be proactive in their support of other executive staff
Has positive working disposition, interpersonal skills, fair levels of analytical abilities,
communication skills both written and verbal.
Above-average scholastic standing
Graduate of Behavioral Science, Statistics, Business Economics, Marketing,
Sociology, Communication Research, or Economics
RESEARCH ASSOCIATES
Not more than 25 years old, fresh graduates are welcome
Social Sciences graduate, Statistics and Communication Research an advantage
Above-average scholastic standing
Familiar with or has basic knowledge of research
(design, implementation, data processing and analysis)
Analytical, with excellent written and oral communication skills
