• BS Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Sharp analytical and conceptual skills
• Exhibits optimal time management or highly productive and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (will coordinate with global resources
• With detail orientation, willing to learn, and has the initiative to suggest process improvements.
• Relevant work experience as Service Desk/ Technical-Customer Service Representative/ Customer interfacing roles with at least 1-2 years experience.
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Responsible and can work independently
• Fast Learner
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Punctual/Willing to do Overtime
