HIRING: AR & AP OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR QUEZON CITY SITE
SALARY: PHP 300,000 MAX

Requirements
• JD-Assign all work assignments, commit team(s) to work, manage the quality of their work, manage the team ‘s financials and mix to targets, and drive the overall people management within the team. May manage service delivery team leads.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years accounting or finance work experience
• At least 10 years managerial experience
• Strong GA, AP, AR experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent people and client management skills
• Certified Public Accountant is a plus
