Job Description:
• Solve technical issues and provide possible resolution to provide customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for customer complaints and escalations via phone, email, and remote support.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize certain software tools to give technical solutions.

Requirements:
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or any equivalent field.
• With at least 4 years work experience in Network Security and System Configuration.
• Must have strong background in Linux.
• Experience dealing with Unix, Postfix, DNS, BIND, Apache, Squid, SQL, Proxies, Ubuntu,
Redhat, and Suse.
• Must have understanding of network protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SMB, DNS, and
DHCP.
• Background in Security, Cloud, Data protection, Encryption, Malware, Spyware, Cyber
Security, Firewalls, Antivirus, and Disaster Recovery.
• Any networking certification is a plus.
• With good communication skills.
• Candidates must be amenable to work on nightshift schedule.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
• 20 Full-Time positions available.
