Job Objectives:
Responsible for the Service Department, both for its development and performance.
Creates and maintains an organization that will continuously meet the operational demands of targets as prescribed by the Company.
Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, while at the same time adhering to the Company's Core Values.
Establishes plans and strategies to sustain sales and Units Received (UR) growth for both General Job and Body and Paint sections.
Oversees the training, development and motivation of Service personnel.
Train Service Advisors and other front-liners in the aspect of pro-active, clear and courteous communication with customers.
Acts as Company's Chief Representative with regards to concerns and/ or complaints by customers that cannot be resolved by Assistant Service Manager (ASM) and frontliners.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related course.
Must have 5 years of work experience in the automotive service environment.
Preferably Assistant Manager or Manager level specializing in engineering, mechanical/automotive or any equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Must be proficient in technical car repair works.
With excellent organizational and management skills.
Amenable to work in Pasig City.
