Cheaper way to ship really heavy gym equipments?

Hey guys, planning to buy a smith machine online based in the US. They are having a sale and they do ship to the Philippines. The shipping cost more than the product. 2x more. Shipping is $824

Is there any other way to ship heavy products to the Philippines that is much cheaper? JRS charge per pound so that would also be expensive.

Thoughts? Ideas?
