-Growing the team by using the latest tools and channels to recruiting highly skilled candidates.
-Work with the executive team on implementing programs and projects that encourage employee retention and high performance.
-Design an onboarding process for new employees and trainees that gets them up to speed ASAP.
-Encourage a culture of Kaizen(continuous improvement) in all aspects of HR processes.
-Investigate, research and present findings on various HR issues to executive team.
-Be a source of knowledge for employees on various issues surrounding employee benefits and compensation
-Effective leadership of an admin assistant as a direct report.
