What You'll Do On The Job
*Provide assistance to other Technical Support Representatives to make it possible for them to be more technically satisfactory and independent.
*Make guidelines to enhance operations and technical enhancements.
*Communicate unmistakably and effectively with users.
*Knowing and controlling aggressive consumer telephone calls.
*Promote team-work and call center results.
Requirements:
*At least 18 years old
*Self-motivated
*Good English communication skills
*Team Player
*Requires minimum supervision
