ROLE PURPOSE:
Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to collect primary data.
Perform interviews in local language.
Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals.
Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management, reporting etc.
Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff, and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles.
Act as an ambassador for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries
Monitor key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree (any courses but preferably not Nurses; Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)
Must be able to communicate effectively, verbal and written, in both English and Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency equivalent to at least N2 or N3 level)
Preferably Filipino
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in call centre industry
Amenable to work in Makati
