Job Description:
*Contribute to staff and departmental targets and objectives
*Follow departmental processes and systems as specified in the *Policies and Procedures manual
*Strive to have a highest effect upon the teams total performance
*Understand and successfully use readily available debugging tools
*Perform any duties as they are assigned
*Manage escalation from initial line service to next line service and monitoring of support incidents
Job Reqiurements:
*Good to excellent communication skills ENGLISH
*Encourage good listening skills.
*Communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
*Recognizing and controlling assertive customer calls.
*Handle incoming customer service support phone calls from recognized customer
