We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our North EDSA site. Please see below for the qualifications and job description of the position:
Job Description
Deliver assistance and guidance to clients employing and operating programmed call distribution phone application, via remote interconnection or over the Web
Get along with consumers to give and program details according to queries, issues, and demands about solutions and assistance
Maintain a proficient and polite demeanor when talking with consumers and peers
Obtain customers details and identify the matter by studying and considering the*difficulties;
Deliver in depth and outstanding customer care and handling every time.
Follow department processes and strategies as given in the Policies and Procedures manual.
Qualifications
Computer and Web proficient
Willing to deliver the results in North EDSA and be designated to changing work schedules.
Should be at least 18 years old and above, and must have good to excellent English language conversation skills
No call center experience required BUT MUST HAVE ATTENDED atleast second year in college
We also welcome High School students BUT MUST HAVE experience in BPO
Should have a Bachelors Degree or have attended/completed at least 2nd year College from any course or 2 years of a Vocational Program
