We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our North EDSA site. Please see below for the qualifications and job description of the position:
Job Description
Acquire technological understanding of Information products and services in order to* deal with user issues and inquiries by participating in internal coaching classes
Proficiency in the application of all available resources that support in the case resolution process
Apply* acquired expertise and practices when serving consumer queries
Respond to users challenges and questions in a well-timed, experienced and ideal manner to help keep up good levels of user approval and low case duration
Apply*acquired expertise and practices when serving consumer queries.
Qualifications
Computer and Web proficient
Willing to deliver the results in North EDSA and be designated to changing work schedules.
Should be at least 18 years old and above, and must have good to excellent English language conversation skills
No call center experience required BUT MUST HAVE ATTENDED atleast second year in college
We also welcome High School students BUT MUST HAVE experience in BPO
Should have a Bachelors Degree or have attended/completed at least 2nd year College from any course or 2 years of a Vocational Program
