We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our North EDSA site. Please see below for the qualifications and job description of the position:
Job Description
Ensure consumer approval in all transactions.
Ownership of consumer issues and furthermore follow-up to ensure that completion was provided.
Follow department operations and methodologies as laid out in the Policies and Procedures manual
Contribute to company and department pursuits and objectives.
Meet general performance desired goals as set by management
Qualifications
Computer and Web proficient
Willing to deliver the results in North EDSA and be designated to changing work schedules.
Should be at least 18 years old and above, and must have good to excellent English language conversation skills
No call center experience required BUT MUST HAVE ATTENDED atleast second year in college
We also welcome High School students BUT MUST HAVE experience in BPO
Should have a Bachelors Degree or have attended/completed at least 2nd year College from any course or 2 years of a Vocational Program
