Job description:
  • Responsible for all human resources activities with focus on Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Training, Administration.
  • Provides support and guidance to Department Heads and other Supervisory Personnel regarding personnel policies and procedures, conflict identification, resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Administers and maintains the employee classification and compensation plan, preparing and revising job descriptions, performing reclassification analysis and recommending position assignments to appropriate salary ranges.
  • Oversees and coordinates all recruitment processes to include posting/ advertising, requisition/applicant tracking, initial screening/ applicant pool development, review and problem resolution of department hiring selection.
  • Administers national and local labor regulations.
  • Administers employee benefits programs and recommends appropriate changes.
  • Coordinates with union official to resolve grievances and employee issues and concerns including operational concerns.
  • Conducts and facilitates training and development programs for team members.
  • Coordinates with government agencies on environmental and safety compliance.
  • Oversees the supervision of department staff, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel.
  • Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Develops annual operating budgets and provides fiscal direction to the department.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
  • At least 3 years solid experience in HR as an Assistant manager.
  • With extensive experience in all facets or Human Resources.
  • With excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Amenable to work in Pasig City.
