Job Responsibilities:
Identify training and development needs through the understanding of the firms business requirements and regular consultation with internal staff at both senior and junior level.
Design new training and development programs, as well as expand existing ones, that can cater to the development of the entire firm as a whole, based on the needs identified.
Plan for and carry out the acquisition of resources or partnership with agencies as required in order to implement the programs.
Manage the delivery of training and development programs and ensure that they are carried out effectively, in line with developmental goals.
Evaluate, amend and revise the programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes in the firm.
Job Requirements:
College graduate.
At least 2-3 years experience in Organization Development and Training.
Minimal exposure in Recruitment is required for the position.
With strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem solving, and results orientation.
Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.
