How do you whip cream from regular milk?

is it possible?

I've watched a lot of youtube and just can't make whip cream,

I've even used Cream (Nestle) and still couldn't whip it.

is there a particular (local) brand of milk that you can create whip cream from?

I want the cream that you put on top of coffees, or the one you dip your strawberries,
not the cream that you mix with your soup or pasta.
