IT to Culinary

Hi guys,

I would like to pursue an endeavor in cooking. The setback is that I am already 3 years now working in the field of IT and my only driving factor to continue this job is money. IT is one of the highest paying jobs out there so I'm a bit hesitant to let it go.

If ever I decide to just drop this sht and go culinary, what is the best thing to do? Should I take those long term culinary courses or just the short courses would be fine? And what school would you recommend?
