Pinoypro Sports Training Center (PSTC) - Philippine Tennis at the Rizal Memorial Stadium Manila and UP Diliman Quezon City, provides professional tennis camps for all ages and all skill levels. Dedication, determination, drive and faith form the foundation for tennis training with a goal to assist each regular player/athlete in achieving success.

The (PSTC) is more than a tennis lesson. In PSTC, we want our player students to grow mentally and physically. We also seek and support younger generation to train them and prepare to become the future athletes and leaders of the Philippines. PSTC tennis players will grow individually and also learn to work as teammates.

The Coaches of PSTC, have been well experience instructor in more than 15 years Both Professional and Non-Professional Coaches. We also support the Non-Professional Tennis Coaches are who does not have a Degree yet this is their way of living teaching Tennis for more than a decade. They have been exposed in tournaments in Manila and Provinces; they’re also getting hired in different schools and corporate company to become an instructor in lawn tennis. These coaches have been the heart of PSTC and they have mission to pass their legacy to other people or even to younger generation.

Introduction of Lawn Tennis – Basic
1st Session – Day 1
1.) Equipment, Shoes and Clothing, Parts of Racket
2.) Grip (How to Hold the Racket, Proper swing
3.) Positioning of Body, Hand and Feet
4.) Basic Stroke will start of Forehand (Spoon feed of ball)

2nd Session – Day2
1.) The Court: Parts of the Court & Net
2.) Types of Court, Rules of Court in Playing
3.) Basic Stroke of backhand (Spoon Feed of Ball)

3rd Session - Day 3
1.) Refresh for forehand and backhand stroke
2.) Ground Stroke

4th Session - Day 4
1.) Basic principles (The aim of the game)
2.) Scoring of Singles and Doubles
3.) Teach how to Serve the Ball

5th Session – Day 5
1.) Refresh of last session
2.) Net / Volley

Beginner Advance Level-1 Training
1.) Singles and Doubles Play match Strategies
2.) Good Positioning of the Court
3.) Play to weakness Opponent
4.) Doubles and Singles Tactics
5.) Play the Angles and Placing

Beginner Advance Level-2 Training
1.) The Lob 2.) Drop Shot
