I'm an avid Wi-Tribe user, since it's so affordable. I've been paying 598 pesos for more than 4 years already (I think), and now suddenly my modem is just having running lights and I can't connect. It's been like that for a week or more na. I've been trying to contact them sa phone numbers nila, their website is under maintenance, and my emails to their customer care bounced back to me.
It's really frustrating. Can you help me? What should I do? I know I should have time to go to their office, but I'm really busy.
