Must be able to communicate effectively both in oral and written using English and any of the following languages Thai, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese

At least 3 years relevant work experience
Experience in providing first level of support for customer and system incidents and requests
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem
Solving environment
Good oral and written communication skills
