Qualifications:
FOR MANILA
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Experience in providing first level of support for customer and system incidents and requests
• Must be able to communicate effectively both in oral and written using English and any of the following languages Thai, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese

FOR CEBU
• At least 3 years relevant work experience
• Experience in providing first level of support for customer and system incidents and requests
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem
• Solving environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
