POSITION: L AND TD BUSINESS SOLUTION ASSOCIATE MANAGER
QUALIFICATION:
- 7-8 years working experience with HR
- 5 years with talent and development experience
- Technology based role - programmers, developers, quality assurance, java devs, html, sharepoint etc. not related to business process outsourcing
- Training delivery experience - who takes care of training logistics, attendees, facilitators etc.
- Wide exp in technology industry
- SALARY : 80-100k, higher than that would need approval from the senior management
