I've decided to work in a BPO. And I want to check the JO first before I come up to a decision which is which. So I want to share you the compensation based on the JO for a newbie/fresh graduate like me. :)

But then again, all the salary depends upon your experience and account.
You might also get an additional incentives once regularized. HMO, night diff and bond not included.
