Responsibilities:
Senior Audit Manager will be mainly responsible for the timely coordination and execution of Internal Auditing activities for the entire organization, with emphasis on, but not limited to the financial and operational aspects. In fulfilling this objective, the Senior Audit Manager shall assist the Internal Audit Head in developing and accomplishing comprehensive and practical programs of audit coverage in accordance with acceptable standards. Critical to the objectives of the position is the maintenance of effective working relations with audit team, operations and management personnel.
Qualifications:
B.S. Accounting Graduate, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferably Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
At least 7 years of relevant job experience, 5 years in supervisory/managerial capacity, in an audit, accounting and/or finance function. Operational experience is an advantage.
Sound business knowledge and understanding or insurance/reinsurance industry/process is a plus.
Skills in business risk identification and controls assessment, including fraud risk.
Expert in process reviews, process improvements with full consideration of cost effective controls.
