What is the process of getting a major/minor?

Hi, I'm an incoming freshman and I was wondering what was the process for getting a double major/minor? I was accepted into AB Management Economics - if I want to double major/minor in BS/M AMF, what would the process be? Is it even possible to minor in BS/M AMF?
