Gaming laptop under 25k: To buy or not?

Hi guys, I am looking for a gaming laptop that can handle Diablo III, Elder Scrolls, Life is Strange and hopefully Overwatch once it comes out and I saw a laptop on sale on Lazada for 21k http://www.lazada.com.ph/lenovo-g40-...op-979493.html

It's not actually the one I really want but I am working on a limited budget here so I don't have much choice.

Also, if you guys can recommend a good gateway gaming laptop under 25k I would appreciate it. I know that for that amount I should just build a PC but I like to move around a lot. So, a laptop is a better fit and I won't be playing on it all the time.
