Jobs in PH VS Jobs Abroad

What are the differences?
Is it harder to get a job in the Philippines compared to other countries like the US?
I mean from the qualifications that the companies are requiring in Philippines like:
• you must have a pleasing personality
• college graduate (even for a saleslady/bagger boy in SM or McDo kitchen crew)
• height limit
• age limit
• etc...
The hiring process.
Monthly salary.
Why the heck do we have contractual, provincial rate btw?
Are profit sharing, 13th month pay, other bonuses and perks also common in the Philippine setting too?
And why are most if not all caucasians have a higher compensation and have the higher position in the company than most asians?
What are the pros and cons working in the Philippines vs working abroad?
For Pinoys/Pinays working abroad, would you trade the life you have now and work in Philippines and get paid for a fraction of what are you getting right now?
And why the hell is our country contented to be called as a country of servants? Is it because of the ubiquity of DH, caregivers, hospitality workers, OFWs etc slaving their a$$ off in other countries in return are the billions of pesos in remmittances they're sending?
Do you feel that our government doesn't even care or bother to change our nation's image? Or are you one of those that say "at least it's an honest job" so you just succumb to those menial work (no offense to the DHs)?
Is our education system the main culprit behind all these?
Your thoughts.
