A leading manufacturer of plastic packaging closures, catering to different industries is in need of Key Accounts Specialists.
Responsibilities:
o Manage group of accounts by initiating, conceptualizing, coordinating and implementing business building programs to help achieve company objectives.
o Conduct regular client visit and establish new product and services provided by the company.
o Answer all existing and potential customer inquiries relative to the companys products, services and other related relevant information.
o Establish good relation with customers to be able to keep them for long term business.
o Prepare proposals, quotations and presentation materials relative to sales plan and activities.
o Keep self abreast of all market trends and development in the customer packaging business.
o Monitor and report pricing, strategies and investments of employees by competitors and prepares and submits all the necessary reports to the BDD/ GM.
o Make recommendation that would further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
o Conduct regular business/sales reviews and plans aligned to the agreed objectives and the achievement of the prescribed sales targets of the company.
o Provide management sales analysis and sales push programs.
o Monitor production schedules and ensure planned production commitments are being met as well as delivery commitments to clients.
o Participate in maintaining certification in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Systems.
o Perform other related task as the need arises.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Marketing.
At least 2 years experience in Accounts Management, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing Industry.
Must have excellent communication and people skills.
Amenable to work in Muntinlupa.
