well, around 10 AM last Friday, my batchmate-friend who is a US resident is in Manila right now and she asked me to accompany her for a smorgasbord dinner at Vikings SM North and happily said yes and did not even take my lunch that day. pero dahil sa na-traffic ang prof namin, around 6PM na nang nagsimula ang thesis consultation with him. at dahil alphabetical ang arrangement ng one-on-one- consultation namin with him, i called up my friend to tell her na hindi na ako makakasama at sya na lang ang mag-din. she replied, "...it's an eat all you can buffet and you want me to dine there all by myself? i will just cancel our reservation and i will go shopping na lang..."
